Denisa provides environmental risk management strategies to public and private sector clients and represents clients in complex environmental law claims. Denisa particularly advises clients on liabilities in transactions and infrastructure projects and in environmental and product compliance, including extended producer responsibility, plastic reduction and organics processing laws.

Denisa provides expert guidance empowering leaders in industry and government to innovate with impact on critical environmental issues, including the adoption of new waste management strategies and the development of a circular economy.

Denisa represents clients in a variety of complex environmental and administrative law claims. She also acts as defense counsel on regulatory proceedings. Her clients have included many municipalities in the province of Ontario. Denisa has also appeared before tribunals including the Ontario Land Tribunal on environmental, aggregate resources and land use planning matters.
