Dagmara has advocated for clients before the Provincial Court of British Columbia, Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. She regularly handles matters involving complex claims of construction delays and deficiencies, collapsed real estate transactions, breach of contract, negligence and disputes arising out of the breakdown of business relationships.
