Nikhil has a broad disputes practice with a focus on commercial litigation, arbitration and governmental relations. He also assists individuals and corporations with a variety of ethics and regulatory compliance matters, including lobbying, anti-corruption and fraud prosecution.
Nikhil has succesfully represented clients at the Supreme Court of British Columbia and Provincial Court of British Columbia. Nikhil is also an emerging author on Canadian election law matters, whose commentary on elections has been included in publications across the country.
Prior to being called to the bar, Nikhil clerked for five justices of the Supreme Court of British Columbia. During law school, he was awarded the UBC President's Student Leader Recognition for his contributions to student life. Nikhil also received a number of academic awards, including the JSD Tory Prize for Advocacy for his performance at the Bowman National Tax Moot. He also previously served as an officer for the Canada Border Services Agency.
Nikhil acts as the regional co-chair of the firm's national Race Action Committee.
