Karen’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and encompasses:
- banking litigation
- bankruptcy and insolvency litigation
- directors’ and officers’ liability
Karen has appeared before numerous courts in Ontario in a variety of commercial disputes including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal. She has also been counsel in complex commercial disputes before the Commercial List sittings in Toronto.
She is fluent in English and French.
