Gail is a registered Canadian and U.S. patent agent specializing in chemical, pharmaceutical, medical polymer, and biotechnology patents. Her work involves drafting patents and providing validity and infringement opinions.
She prosecutes patent applications before both the Canadian and American patent offices on behalf of national and international clients. Gail speaks English, French, German and Spanish.
Gail’s doctoral work focused on the interaction of inorganic molecules with DNA. In 1996, she completed post-doctoral studies in triplex DNA formations at the Muséum national d’Histoire naturelle in Paris.
