Jacqueline Ting


Jacqueline Ting is an associate in the Toronto office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP where she practices in the Securities, Capital Markets and Public Companies Group.
Her practice focuses on corporate and securities law with an emphasis on investment management. She has experience assisting clients on various matters relating to the formation and distribution of public mutual funds, private investment funds and exchange-traded funds.

Jacqueline articled at BLG before returning as an associate. While articling, she was seconded to The Bank of Nova Scotia.

Prior to joining BLG, Jacqueline worked at the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) and at a boutique law firm that specializes in corporate governance.
