Farrukh is an articling student at BLG’s Calgary office for the 2022-2023 term.
Prior to attending law school, Farrukh worked at a multi-national financial corporation where he worked on a broad range of financial lending services. While attending law school, Farrukh worked as the assistant to the Assistant Dean of the Faculty of Law. As a law student, Farrukh won the Dean’s Course Prize for Secured Transactions, and Bankruptcy & Restructuring Law.
Farrukh chose to work at BLG due to the firm’s pristine reputation, commitment to student development, and innovation.
Farrukh is an avid sports fan. The sports Farrukh follows most frequently are basketball and football. Farrukh also has spent time as a volunteer football coach at his old high school.
