Laura is an articling student at BLG’s Calgary office. She is focusing on business law.
Laura completed a combined Bachelor of Commerce/JD at the University of Saskatchewan. During Laura’s time in law school, she served as the VP Athletics with the Law Students’ Association and was a member of the Corporate Law Club. Prior to joining BLG, Laura summered at a small law firm in Saskatchewan where she was involved in real estate transactions.
Laura chose BLG after having the opportunity to make connections with many students and associates at career fairs and through the recruitment process. Laura instantly felt welcome and comfortable at the firm. She especially admires BLG’s commitment to collaboration and mentorship.
In Laura’s spare time, she enjoys trying out new recipes, golfing new courses, and spending time with family and friends.
