Qian Hui Sun

Student

Montréal

Qian Hui’s role has ranged from legal research and memo drafting to working with clients directly. In her first summer at BLG, she conducted research in various fields of practice, from privacy class actions to employment law as well as taxation and commercial leasing.

Aside from litigation-related files, she was also included in transaction discussions and helped draft various corporate documents, including financing, merger and acquisitions agreements.

In addition to these corporate and litigation files, she was also entrusted with the legal research and redaction of Anne Merminod and Karine Chênevert’s chapter on Privacy Class Actions in the newly launched book on privacy, co-authored by Éloïse Gratton and Elisa Henry.
