Callum is an articling student at BLG’s Toronto office with a special interest in Disputes.
At law school, Callum served on the Editorial Board for two law journals, assisted start-ups at Queen’s Business Law Clinic, and tutored his first-year peers. Callum also advocated at the 2021 Jessup International Law Moot, where his team won Second Place Memorials at the National Rounds and made it to the Advanced Global Rounds. An avid performer, Callum sings rock and opera, and he has acted in more than a dozen plays and musicals.
Prior to joining BLG, Callum interned at Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and the Centre for Law and Democracy, and he volunteered at Huron Perth Community Legal Clinic.
Callum chose BLG because every lawyer is an expert in their field. BLG lawyers are passionate about their clients and about the law itself, and Callum could not ask for a better environment to develop his own expertise.
Outside law, Callum is a prolific writer. He has two published academic articles under his belt, and his award-winning Holocaust drama, Richard and Reinhard, received a public reading. He is currently revising his young adult fantasy novel, The Girl With Violet Eyes.
