Erica McLachlan

Articling Student

[email protected]

Erica is an articling student at BLG’s Toronto office, and was a summer student during the summer of 2020.

As a law student, Erica led a human rights working group, co-founded a peer mental health support program, and performed in the annual law school sketch show. Prior to joining BLG, Erica completed her Master of Arts in Hinduism, and served on the board of two non-profits.

Erica chose to work at BLG after meeting with a number of wonderful students and lawyers at the firm. The strong sense of community, and opportunities to learn and grow as a young professional, drew her to the firm.

In Erica’s spare time, you can find her cycling on rural roads, hiking through conservation areas, doing canine agility training, and listening to audiobooks.
