Sosina is an articling student at BLG’s Toronto office for the 2023/2024 term. She is focusing on Business Law.
As a law student, Sosina coordinated a peer mentorship program for law students across Ontario and served on the executive team of the Black Law Students’ Association (BLSA) and the Access to Justice Interest Group. Prior to joining BLG, Sosina worked as a researcher at a Toronto-based legal tech startup. Sosina also co-founded a community development initiative, where she led a team of staff and interns.
Sosina chose BLG because she was impressed with the exceptional lawyers she met during the interview process. Sosina knew she wanted to join BLG for its commitment to mentorship and professional development, and its culture of excellence.
In Sosina’s spare time, you can find her enjoying the city’s arts and culture scene, cooking up new recipes, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
