Isaac is an articling student at BLG’s Toronto office, and previously summered with the firm.

Before joining BLG, Isaac worked as a Bioethics & Law Student at the Hospital for Sick Children, where he completed research on the law and ethics of complementary and alternative medicine. He also worked as a research assistant for Western’s Health Ethics, Law, & Policy Lab. Isaac graduated law school with distinction, and received several awards including the JSD Tory Writing Prize for his paper on comparative constitutional law and medical assistance in dying. Prior to law school, he completed undergraduate and graduate degrees in bioethics.

Isaac chose BLG for its unparalleled reputation in health law, and its welcoming environment. He is excited to work with BLG’s health law group, and to learn from talented lawyers in all practice areas.

Outside of work, Isaac enjoys woodworking, cooking, playing squash, and exploring Toronto’s restaurants.
