Edmond Lo

Articling Student

Edmond is an articling student at BLG’s Vancouver office, focusing on business law. He rejoins the firm after working as a summer student in 2020.

Prior to joining BLG, Edmond worked as a GST/HST Auditor, Event Marketing Specialist, and Communications Coordinator. He obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) at the University of Northern British Columbia and earned a C.I.M. designation from the Canadian Institute of Management. During law school, Edmond participated in the Business Law Clinic, Legal Education Outreach, HoopLaw, the Legal Buddy Program, and the Indigenous Cultural Competency Certificate Program. He also received the Koffman Kalef LLP Prize in Business Law and the DLA Piper LLP Prize in Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Edmond chose to work at BLG because of its strong culture of collaboration and mentorship. After attending many of the firm’s events, it became clear that he wanted to work in such a welcoming, tight-knit environment. He is excited to get a hands-on experience with high-calibre work at BLG.

In his spare time, Edmond likes to play the piano, golf, and go to movies and concerts with friends
