Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiating, coordinating, drafting agreements and assisting on closing a number of interesting mid-range to multi million M&A deals
  • Negotiating and drafting of various types of commercial and corporate agreements including Shareholders’ Agreement
  • Incorporating and maintaining corporations
  • Advising corporations on fiduciary and corporate governance matters
