Kelly Gomes is a law clerk in the Environmental, Municipal, Expropriation and Regulatory practice group.
Kelly’s role involves searching title to ensure accuracy of the legal description, location and the chain-of-title of lands being expropriated.
Within her role, Kelly assists the lawyers of the Group in reviewing plans and investigation title to determine ownership, interest and location of lands for proceedings.
