Nikhil has a broad disputes practice, with a focus on commercial litigation and arbitration. He assists individuals and corporations across many industries with a variety of commercial, environmental, regulatory, civil and administrative matters.
Nikhil is an emerging author on Canadian election law matters, whose commentary on elections has been included in publications across the country.
Nikhil joined BLG as an associate after summering and articling with the firm. During law school, he was awarded the UBC President's Student Leader Recognition for his contributions to student life. Nikhil also received a number of academic awards, including the J.S.D. Tory Prize for Advocacy for his performance at the Bowman National Tax Moot.
Prior to being called to the bar, Nikhil clerked for five justices of the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
