Alicia is a summer student at BLG. She is completing her JD and BCL at McGill’s Faculty of Law. Alicia served as the Managing Editor for Volume 66 of the McGill Law Journal.
She spent two years volunteering with the Innocence McGill legal clinic as a caseworker. She also writes a column for Quid Novi, a weekly publication at McGill’s law faculty.
Alicia chose BLG because every one of the associates, partners, and articling students she met there conveyed a strong sense of professionalism, collegiality, and passion for their work. She was impressed with BLG’s robust litigation practice as well as the firm’s clear commitment to investing in its students.
Alicia enjoys spending time outside whether it be gardening, going for a run, or walking the dog. She loves to travel and is looking forward to seeing more of the world. Also, if you are going to a Harry Potter trivia night, you definitely want her on your team!
