Sydney is a summer student at BLG’s Toronto office for the 2023 summer term.
As a law student, Sydney works as a Case Manager with the Western Intellectual Property & Innovation Legal Clinic, a teaching assistant for Legal Research and Writing, and serves as a representative on the Western Student Legal Society. Prior to joining BLG, Sydney worked as a student researcher in a Medical Physics Lab at the University of Windsor.
Sydney chose to work at BLG after getting the opportunity to connect with many of the firm’s students through the in-firm process. Every person at BLG was passionate about their experiences and she was drawn to the collegial environment and many learning opportunities the firm had to offer. The environment at BLG is inviting and supportive and it was clear that there were many opportunities to learn and grow with an amazing team.
In Sydney’s spare time you can find her listening to true crime podcasts, going to comedy shows, reading mystery novels, and trying new local food spots.
