Valerie is a 2023 articling student at BLG’s Vancouver office.
During law school, Valerie worked as a clinic fellow at the Western Intellectual Property and Innovation Clinic, and participated in the Laskin Moot. She also served as co-chair of the Diversity Committee and the East Asian Law Students Association at Western Law.
Prior to joining BLG, Valerie was a 1L summer intern at Rama First Nations and worked as a copywriter in Hong Kong.
Valerie chose BLG because of their commitment to diversity and inclusion, as well as their emphasis on collaboration and teamwork.
Outside of work, Valerie enjoys working out, reading poetry, and cheering for the Jays.
