On April 19, 2016, Kaizen Capital Corp. completed a private placement of C$1,188,000 in subscription receipts and announced the closing of its qualifying transaction with Tudor Holdings Ltd. The Corporation will no longer be a capital pool company and will be classified as a Tier 2 Mining Issuer.
