Headquartered in Toronto, Illumiti is one of the preeminent SAP systems integration and management consultancies in North America, and an SAP Platinum Partner. By joining forces, Illumiti and Syntax are able to offer companies unparalleled, end-to-end technical and functional SAP solutions and expertise. Syntax is a portfolio company of Novacap, a Montreal-based private equity firm.
As a result of this transaction, and the addition of more than 250 SAP professionals, Illumiti's customers will benefit from Syntax's full-service offerings and Syntax customers will have access to Illumiti's unrivaled offerings, including its leading SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Business ByDesign capabilities.
