On Dec. 3, 2021, Cielo Waste Solutions Corp. (TSXV:CMC) and 1888711 Alberta Ltd. (1888) executed an intellectual property purchase agreement, pursuant to which all rights of 1888 of patents of certain technology relating to the conversion of waste to fuel and receive payment of the royalty and refinery fees were terminated. In consideration for terminating the license agreement and transferring the patents and all related intellectual property to Cielo, Cielo issued ten million common shares in the capital of Cielo to 1888.
