This presentation will address recent trends involving workplace harassment and effective strategies that can be used by employers to prevent these situations and intervene when they occur. This presentation will also examine the legislative requirements that apply to employers, amendments that have been introduced in other Canadian jurisdictions and the remedies that are available to Québec employees who believe they have been harassed in the workplace. A discussion of recent cases involving harassment will also take place.
