Subrata Bhattacharjee, Partner and Vice-Chair of BLG's Competition and Foreign Investment Review Group is the conference co-chair for the ABA Antitrust in Asia conference, taking place in Seoul on May 31 and June 1, 2018.

Antitrust enforcement in Asia continues to expand as competition agencies in China, Korea, India and Japan launch cases of global significance. In addition, newer regimes are beginning to make their mark in ASEAN countries such as Myanmar and the Philippines.
