Comments on the proposed amendments to NI 31-103 are not due until October 19 and draft rules on the mutual fund fee changes won’t be out until the fall, but it’s never too early to understand what is being proposed and think about the implications for your firm and your representatives. These proposals, if adopted in their current form, will significantly impact the entire asset management industry, as well as investors.
