These decisions refine the principle of good faith in contractual relations following the Supreme Court’s 2014 decision in Bhasin v. Hrynew, which then Justice Cromwell wrote for the Court. At this event, Mr. Cromwell will discuss the practical implications that the CM Callow and Wastech decisions will have for business, and will be joined by partners Ewa Krajewska from our Disputes Group and Andrew McLean from our Business Group.
