We all know that institutions can’t outsource the accountabilities they bear under MFIPPA and FIPPA, but how exactly should they be approaching the data governance provisions of a cloud or similar vendor contract?
We invite you to join technology contracts expert Eric Boehm and public sector information and privacy lawyer Geneviève Fauteux for a practical examination of cloud contracting issues. Eric and Geneviève will help you understand limited use clauses, incident notification clauses and clauses that limit liability (along with others) so you’ll know precisely where you stand the next time you negotiate.
