A leading energy regulatory and environmental litigator for more than 25 years, Jonathan has worked on some of the largest and most innovative infrastructure projects and rate regulation methods in Canada. He frequently advises clients working in the electricity, oil and gas, water and wastewater and mining industries. He assists both domestic and international clients in navigating the regulatory and compliance processes required for major energy and utility projects.
