BLG welcomes new partner to Commercial Real Estate Group

Frank Arnone joins the Toronto office

Toronto (September 20, 2021) – Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (BLG) welcomes Frank Arnone to the firm as a partner in the Toronto Commercial Real Estate Group.

Frank is a leading commercial real estate lawyer in Toronto. He specializes in large investment transactions, including structuring and financing, and development projects for pension fund managers and other institutional investors.

Prior to joining BLG, Frank was a partner at a high profile Bay Street law firm where he played a key role in a variety of prominent public and private transactions, including the development of hospitals, office complexes, research and development centres and other mixed-use projects.

“With almost 20 years of experience, Frank is recognized for providing excellent legal advice on large public and private transactions,” said Stephen Redican, National Group Head of BLG’s Specialized Business Law group. “His sophisticated understanding of the commercial real estate industry will add significant bench strength to our Commercial Real Estate Group in Toronto and will be a benefit and advantage to our clients nationally.”

Frank obtained an LLB from Queen’s University and a Specialized Honours BA from York University. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2002.
