Helping Providing Dog Guides to Canadian with Disabilities

In 2018, we began supporting the Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides. Through a series of fundraising events, we raised enough to sponsor the training of a puppy. Our sponsored puppy, Gervais, will be a Canine Vision Dog Guide and will be matched with someone who is blind or visually impaired. From guiding their handlers through their daily lives to getting help when it’s needed most, dog guides play a crucial role in the lives of Canadians with disabilities. The Lions Foundation of Canada helps Canadians with medical or physical disabilities by providing them dog guides at no cost.
