Nathalie assists lawyers in our Financial Services Group, representing financial institutions, trustees and alternative lenders in various banking litigation and insolvency matters.
Nathalie’s main duties are drafting hypothecary recourse notices, demand letters and legal proceedings, as well as preparing proofs of claim and various legal proceedings concerning bankruptcy and insolvency matters.
Nathalie has considerable experience in claims relating to guaranteed loan programs offered by governmental agencies, including loans granted under the Canada Small Business Financing Act by Industry Canada, as well as programs managed by Investissement Québec.
