Xavier advises unionized and non-unionized employers of all sizes operating in various fields and industries. His cases lead him to intervene at all levels of corporate employment relations, particularly concerning:
- Hiring of employees;
- Individual and collective dismissals and layoffs;
- Administrative and disciplinary management of employees;
- Occupational health and safety; and
- Human rights.
Xavier has a particular interest in employment law, occupational health and safety, and regulatory criminal law. He also represents employers in mediations before administrative and civil courts.
Since 2019, Xavier has served as a resource member of the non-profit Famijeunes.
