Lisa Blair

Lisa provides Talent services to all legal professionals throughout their relationship with the firm. She is the first point of contact for current and prospective BLG legal professionals in our Ottawa office.

Lisa works closely with firm leaders to align business and talent strategies on regional and national platforms. She also supports our legal professionals to help them achieve their career objectives through:

• Recruitment
• On-boarding
• Performance management
• Compensation
• Career path

She is actively involved in student recruitment and associate development.

Lisa was the Assistant Dean, Student Services at the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law (Common Law) prior to joining BLG in 2013.
