Paige practises in the areas of commercial litigation and international and domestic commercial arbitration, among others.
Paige has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia in complex cases involving contractual and shareholder disputes and arbitration-related litigation. She has also dealt with matters and appeared before various regulatory bodies, including the British Columbia Securities Commission and the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia.

Paige’s arbitration experience includes acting on counsel teams in significant commercial arbitration proceedings in Canada and Asia under various institutional sets of rules, including the UNCITRAL Rules, the VanIAC Domestic Arbitration Rules, the former BCICAC Domestic and International Arbitration Rules, and the HKICAC Administered Arbitration Rules.
Paige clerked for six justices of the Supreme Court of British Columbia from 2017 to 2018.

Recent representative cases on which Paige has appeared include the following:

  • Clemina Hydro Power Limited Partnership v. British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority – counsel to a successful party in a petition seeking leave to appeal an arbitral award.
  • Appleton & Associates v. Branch MacMaster LLP – counsel to a successful party in a challenge to an arbitrator's costs award, in a case clarifying the court's role where arbitral error has been established.
  • Counsel in multiple claims arising from declarations of force majeure arising from the COVID-19 pandemic in the hydroelectric energy sector (VanIAC).
  • Counsel to a Canadian technology company in a dispute with an Asian mobile phone supplier (HKICAC).
  • Counsel to an energy purchaser in a dispute relating to the construction of a run-of-river hydroelectric project (VanIAC).
  • Counsel to a Mexican beverage supply franchisee in a dispute with a Canadian franchisor (UNCITRAL).
  • Counsel to a provincial crown corporation in a dispute with a sports team relating to sponsorship rights (BCICAC).
