Emma’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and corporate commercial work, including commercial contracts and corporate governance. She advises and represents investment funds, as well as mid- to large-size private and public sector entities on a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters.
Prior to beginning a career in law and completing her articling at BLG, Emma founded and managed a boutique graphic design firm.
