Lorelei has more than 30 years’ experience in corporate law, including:
- Drafting documents for incorporations, amendment of charter documents, amalgamations, continuances and dissolutions of both Ontario and federal corporations;
- Mergers and acquisitions, corporate and tax reorganizations, corporate restructurings;
- Conducting and summarizing minute book reviews and drafting documentation to rectify deficiencies; and
- General and annual maintenance of corporations and limited partnerships, business name and extra-provincial registrations.
