Jessica practices corporate, commercial and securities law.
Jessica advises clients in the asset management industry regarding the development, formation, distribution and operation of investment products, including exchange-traded funds, mutual funds and pooled funds.
Jessica acts for clients in a wide variety of transactions, including corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. She also assists clients with disclosure requirements, corporate governance matters and commercial contracts.
Jessica obtained her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and law degree from the University of Toronto. While articling at BLG, Jessica was seconded to The Bank of Nova Scotia.
