Tommy is a management-side labour and employment lawyer. He regularly advises employers on a wide range of labour and employment issues, including: terminations, discipline, restrictive covenants, contracts and policies and employment advice in corporate transactions.

Tommy also represents employers with litigation matters such as wrongful dismissal lawsuits, unjust dismissal complaints and human rights applications.

Tommy represents clients at the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, Canada Industrial Relations Board, Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, Social Security Tribunal and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

Prior to joining BLG, Tommy was an associate at a renowned boutique employment law firm.

Tommy is fluent in Korean.
