Audrey’s practice focuses on lending, banking and financial services. She advises banks and other financial institutions, as well as borrowers, on provincial, national and international financings.
Audrey has experience in all aspects of OTC derivative transactions, including regulation, negotiation and collateralization of OTC derivatives. Prior to joining BLG, Audrey was legal counsel in the Financial Markets group of one of Canada’s largest chartered banks. There she provided legal support to the trading desks and to the operations and risk management groups in all aspects of derivative and capital markets transactions.
Audrey previously practiced in the financial services group at an international law firm.
