Jasmine is a law clerk with experience in insurance defence and personal injury, civil litigation, and Supreme Court of Canada files.
Jasmine’s primary focus is in the Supreme Court of Canada Agency Group. She assists with all BLG regional offices, law firms and clients outside of BLG with their cases before the Supreme Court of Canada at the Application and Appeal stages. This includes ensuring clients’ documents meet the requirements set out in the Rules of the Supreme Court of Canada and Guidelines.
