Eva has been working in the area of Intellectual Property since 2010. She has a strong knowledge of Canadian Patent and Industrial Design prosecution.
Eva is involved in procedures for filing and prosecuting Canadian patent and industrial design applications. She assists clients and patent agents with Canadian prosecution, including filing patent and industrial design applications, preparing and filing formal documents with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office, recording transfers, assignments and changes in ownership in respect of the patents, patent applications and industrial design applications.
