Julie is engaged in a wide-range of complex commercial litigation matters. This includes commercial fraud, injunctions, anti-piracy and technology litigation, enforcement of court orders and judgments.

She assists on all stages of litigation including document collection, discovery, mediation, arbitration and trial. She manages large document files and deals with various courts including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Court of Appeal for Ontario and the Federal Court.

Julie also assists with anti-counterfeiting investigations as well as intellectual property proceedings before the Federal Court. She has experience with copyright, trademark, domain name registrations, transfers and disputes. As well, Julie deals with the filing of Request for Assistance applications with the Canadian Border Services Agency.
