Catherine Péloquin is responsible for programs for associates, including talent management, mentoring and performance assessment. She also works closely with the practice groups for the lateral recruitment of partners.
Catherine supports lawyers in their career development. She’s actively involved in the firm’s national programs promoting talent retention, the hiring of lawyers and the building an inclusive working environment.
Catherine began her career as a litigator. Before joining BLG, she held the position of Director of Student and Lawyer Programs for another national firm.
