Victoria has a broad corporate commercial practice, and often acts as an outside general counsel for clients. She advises for-profit and charity and not-for-profit clients on a wide range of issues including corporate governance, board issues, strategic transactions, and the negotiation and drafting of agreements. Victoria has signficant experience working with the education sector at all levels. She also works extensively with trade, professional and member associations.

Within BLG, Victoria is the National Leader of the Charities and Not-For-Profit Law Group, a member of the firm's Corporate Commercial, Corporate Governance and Education Groups and a member of the firm's Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiative.

Victoria provides legal services through a Law Corporation.
