Stéphane Richer is an experienced litigator who has pleaded many times before all courts of law, including the Supreme Court of Canada (6362222 Canada inc. v. Prelco inc., 2021 SCC 39), as well as before several administrative tribunals. He specializes in commercial litigation, more specifically in real estate litigation, class actions and extraordinary remedies such as injunctions, seizures before judgment and Anton Piller orders.
