Jean-Charles is a member of BLG’s Construction group and focuses mainly on civil and commercial litigation. He takes particular interest in matters relating to construction law and the professional liability of engineers.
He regularly pleads before Québec courts and advises a wide array of stakeholders in the construction industry on various issues, including legal hypothecs, contractor claims, construction defects and project delays.
Prior to joining BLG, Jean-Charles worked for a major international law firm specialized in professional liability, construction law and insurance law.
