Julie’s practice focuses on domestic and cross-border transactions, asset-based financing and acquisition financing. She has experience representing both lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured financing transactions, including syndicated and single-lender transactions.
Julie is also called upon to provide counsel to clients in real estate matters, particularly in commercial leasing, as well as in general corporate and commercial matters.
Prior to joining BLG, Julie practised in the financing group of another national firm.
