  • Advised LA-based Marlin Equity Partners and its portfolio company Skuid in connection with the acquisition of employee experience platform company InFlight.
  • Advised Revision Military Inc. and its affiliates in the spin-off and sale of its global eyewear business to a U.S. company
  • Advised U.S. company QuintilesIMS in its acquisition of STI Technologies Limited, an outsourced pharma services and tech provider, from private equity firm Imperial Capital Group
  • Advised Utopia Global, Inc., a major player in the data solutions industry, on its sale to Prometheus Group, a leading global provider of asset management operations and optimization software owned by Genstar
  • Acted for CiToxLAB Group Inc. in its acquisition of AccelLAB Inc.
  • Acted as Canadian counsel for PE-backed Atlanta-based buyer, East West Manufacturing, LLC in its acquisition of all the assets of Groupe Varitron, Inc., a top 5 electronic manufacturing services (EMS) provider in Canada.
  • Phoenix Wrappers ULC and its shareholders in its sale to Pacteon, a global leader in end-of-line packaging automation.
  • Day & Zimmermann of Canada Corporation, a provider of construction, engineering, maintenance, staffing, and defense solutions, on its strategic acquisition of EMC Power Canada Ltd., provides specialized construction management and multi-discipline trade services for transmission and generation power sector clients.
  • CI Financial Corp. (TSX: CIX) in its acquisition of a minority interest in Assante Dorval, a provider of comprehensive, customized wealth planning services across the province of Quebec, from Assante Wealth Management (Canada) Ltd.
  • Cadence Design Systems, a Silicon Valley-based electronic design automation (EDA) software company, on its acquisition of Newfoundland-based startup InspectAR Augmented Interfaces.
