Nicole assists with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. This includes land development, air space parcel subdivisions, strata property, acquisitions and dispositions of assets including the shares of bare trustees re: beneficial ownership, shopping centres, office buildings, industrial lands, specialty retailers, new construction and residential properties, along with associated financing and leasing.
Her responsibilities include:
- conducting and analyzing comprehensive due diligence research
- preparing and filing documentation with the Land Title Office and Personal Property Registry
- assisting with the filing of disclosure statements and amendments with the Financial Institutions Commission
- liaising with developers, surveyors, engineers, municipalities and provincial ministries, Crown corporations and public entities; such as, BC Housing Management Commission, the Agricultural Land Commission and the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure
Nicole is knowledgeable in the forms and procedures of the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia in accordance with the Land Title Practice Manual, Land Title Act, Strata Property Act, School Act, and Vancouver Charter.
